Position: Technical Analyst / Senior Technical Analyst
Experience: 4-7 Years
Location: Mumbai
Education: Any graduate
Responsibilities:
- 4-5 Years of .Net Experience including web applications, web services, architecture and design, Object Relational Mapping, SQL Server, Oracle, Team Foundation Server, WinForm apps
- Demonstrated ability to coach and support other developers
- Demonstrated ability to teach in a formal setting
- Experience with all parts of the SDLC
- Demonstrated experience working on and with virtual teams
- Demonstrated experience working with a multinational organization
- Demonstrated experience leading a application development project
- Demonstrated experience bringing new ideas and innovation to the project or team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to communicate difficult technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical users/ developers
- Should be able to independently take responsibility of project deliverables
- Should be able to draft System Requirement Specifications and details system design documents for projects
- Should be able to develop and write test plans and test cases
- Strong technical background in Microsoft platform. Knowledge of Object Oriented Design and database concepts and technologies is assumed
- Must have excellent skills on .NET 2.0 Framework, ASP.NET, Remoting and Web Services
- Must have demonstrated skills in .NET 3.5 Framework, WCF, WPF
- Understanding of .NET application Build and Deployments methods
- COM/DCOM, SQL servers 2005/ 2000, SSIS, SSRS, Sharepoint V3
- Experience in development with XML, XSLT
- Application Architecture & Design
- Experience in Design Patterns is a preferable
