Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Qualification: B.Sc., BE, PG in Marketing

Experience: Candidate should have relevant experience in sale of IT products at least for 3 years

Profile:

  1. Implement Business plans & sales strategies for penetrating new markets or accounts plan & conduct campaigns to promote IQ services offered by DTL
  2. Engage Prospect

1. Plan resources required, both technical as well as field resources

2. Conduct regular discussions with the client to satisfy his requirements better

3. Offer solution & proposal strategies to the client

4. Drive engagement to closure

  1. Assess the teams performance throughout the sales cycle
  2. Monitor & assess customer satisfaction & achieve complete customer satisfaction
  3. Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, & activities reports
  4. Manage Revenue:

1. Assist Field and Head Office in meeting revenue and pipeline targets

2. Work with field sales personnel to ensure client acquisition, satisfaction, growth, and penetration

  1. Create Line of Business Presentation /brochures for prospects and clients
  2. Presales:

1. Engage with Prospects and lead pursuits

2. Crate and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
