Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Qualification: B.Sc., BE, PG in Marketing
Experience: Candidate should have relevant experience in sale of IT products at least for 3 years
Profile:
- Implement      Business plans & sales strategies for penetrating new markets or      accounts plan & conduct campaigns to promote IQ services offered by      DTL
 - Engage      Prospect
 
1.      Plan resources required, both technical as well as field resources
2.      Conduct regular discussions with the client to satisfy his requirements better
3.      Offer solution & proposal strategies to the client
4.      Drive engagement to closure
- Assess      the teams performance throughout the sales cycle
 - Monitor      & assess customer satisfaction & achieve complete customer      satisfaction
 - Maintains      accurate records of all pricing, sales, & activities reports
 - Manage      Revenue:
 
1.      Assist Field and Head Office in meeting revenue and pipeline targets
2.      Work with field sales personnel to ensure client acquisition, satisfaction, growth, and penetration
- Create      Line of Business Presentation /brochures for prospects and clients
 - Presales:
 
1.      Engage with Prospects and lead pursuits
2.      Crate and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
