Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Experience: 4+ years

Job Description:

  • Implement business plans and sales strategies for penetrating new markets or accounts.
  • Plan and conduct campaigns to promote the various services offered by Datamatics
  • Engage Prospect
  • Plan resources required, both technical as well as field resources
  • Conduct regular discussions with the client to satisfy his requirements better
  • Offer solution and proposal strategies to the client
  • Drive engagement to closure.
  • Assess the team’s performance throughout the sales cycle
  • Monitor and assess customer satisfaction and achieve complete customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
  • Manage revenue
  • Assist Field and Head Office in meeting revenue and pipeline targets
  • Work with Field Sales Personnel to ensure client acquisition, satisfaction, growth and penetration.
  • Create Line of Business presentation / brochures for prospects and clients
  • Presales

- Engage with prospects and lead pursuits.

- Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
