Position: Business Analyst / Project Manager

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of related experience; with a mix of Business Analyst and Project Management
  • Strong Experience in managing multiple projects in the development and maintenance mode
  • Strong core-banking knowledge and good understanding of Back-office organization in CIB
  • Strong knowledge of Quality processes and estimation techniques
  • Good People Management skills; should have handled small (5-10) and/or medium (10-15) sized teams

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deploy Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the sameĆ¢€¢Maintain and enhance continuous integration and software factories for project(s)
  • Decompose the business requirements into functional specification documentation
  • Provide work and resource load estimates
  • Plan and decompose the project into WBS and track them to satisfactory closure

Sr. Implementation Specialist (Healhcare) required in Hyderabad

Position: Sr. Implementation Specilist

Job Description:

  • Be an expert on the product
  • Understand clinical & Admin functionalities
  • Onsite - Perform business analysis, configure systems, train users and ensure successful implementation
  • In addition when not on a client site the implementation specialist will provide technical support, developing training materials and perform other task as assigned

Specifications:

  • 3+ Years of strong experience in Healthcare Information System
  • At least 1 end-to-end Product Implementation at client site
  • Experienced in coordinating with offshore teams
  • Conduct pre-implementation consulting, which includes the monitoring of existing business processes, the identification of more effective solutions and the implementation of these recommendations
  • Product installation and configuration
  • Training to End Users
  • End user support during UAT
  • Establish oneself as a reliable source of product knowledge and user training for the duration of the implementation
  • Experience with clinical workflows: Analysis, Documentation, Design and Product Configuration
  • Communicate regularly with the assigned Project Manager on all elements of the plan
  • Review and monitor contract vs. actual needs working directly with Project Manager on matters such as licenses or implementation hours need to be purchased
  • Provide timely Session Acknowledgments to client on daily or weekly basis (as directed by Project Manager)
  • Being a professional and positive team player and doing whatever it takes to win the game for Product company and our clients
  • Perform other duties as required to exceed customer satisfaction
