Qualifications:

Associate Consultant: 4-6 Years of experience

Consultant: 6-9 Years of experience

Must have:

• Possess reasonably good IT landscape breadth (not necessarily depth) – in areas like Portals, Integration (EAI, SOA), Legacy Systems, Reporting etc.
• Ability to understand business processes (in Banking, Financial Svcs, and Insurance verticals)
• Ability to come up IT financial/cost models, cost-benefit analysis, ROI estimations
• Very good communication/presentation/soft skills
• Very good analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or as a project team member
• Ability to manage complex information and rapidly structure and rationalize it
• Must have applied knowledge of Enterprise Planning, IT Management, Project Management, and business processes and applications
• In depth understanding of one or more of the following: IT Governance, IT Life-Cycle management , Performance Measurement and Project Management standards
• Ability to analyze client's business processes, needs, and objectives and map them to portfolio management processes and solutions being implemented.
• Willingness to do international travel for short and long term assignments
• Ability to support Business Development activities assisting with bid and proposal development, and collaborating on marketing collateral and events.
• Ability to support Practice Development activities by developing service offering materials, including delivery methods and artifacts.

Desirable:

• Experience with business and operational transformation projects
• Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management or Enterprise Project Management products is a plus
• IT experience in the areas of Strategy & Operations and the Program/Project Management Office
• Responsible for the planning, design, configuration, and implementation of IT Portfolio Management technology and process initiatives
• Take a lead role in developing, implementing, and fostering adoption of IT Portfolio Management Best Practices within client organizations.

Geographies & Locations:
