- Candidate has worked for at least 2.5 years in Jave/J2EE/Database
- Good Understanding of Oops Concepts
- Core Java, JDBC
- J2EE - should have worked in JSP, Servlets, Struts, EJB and Hibernate
- Database - SQL Server
