Job Description:
- Good on Business Analysis and having a good understanding of one or more enterprise products. Business Intelligence know-how an added skill.
- Take ownership and drive new product requirements and develop specs, use cases and mock-ups as per defined and agreed to plans and timelines.
- Being part of product management (and the end-customers wherever needed) work on finalizing and prioritize features for each release.
- Communicate and explain the requirements and specs to development, documentation and QA team members
- Involves close interaction with all other stakeholders, including Development, QA, and Documentation.
- Maintain updated requirement artifacts in source control and centrally available to all parties through the release cycle.
- Conduct review of test cases and documents through the development cycle in a planned manner
- Enrich product quality through assistance in improving test cases that cover business flows and ease of deployment
- Oversee development to ensure development and testing is in line with release criteria
- Participate in cross product meeting to oversee touch points, as well as engage in product evangelizing campaigns including product trainings.
- Report progress on plan and highlight issues on a weekly basis.
- Work with stakeholders, development and QA to conclude on feature requirements to bring it to an approved status to commence development.
