Position: Java developers / Sr. Java developers
Requirements for Sr. Java developers:
- Min 4.5 years experience
- Looking for high-end java resources… this is NOT a TL role
- At least 4.5 years in Java/J2EE/DB
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidate aspires to remain technical and hands-on at least for 2 years
- Mandatory technical skills:
- Core Java, JDBC (Certifications will help)
- J2EE - should have worked in JSP, Servlets and either (EJB or Spring or Hibernate)
- Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL
- Aware in XML XSLT, ORM (Hibernate), Ant, Junit, Eclipse, weblogic, SDLC, Unix, WebServices, SOAP, Flex, HTML/JSP/CSS, MQ-Series, JMS, UML (Candidate will be expected to know 70% from the list
Requirements for Java developers:
- Min 4 years relevant experience
- Mandatory technical skills:

- Struts/Spring/Hibernate (2 out of 3)
- Nice to have: XML, XSLT, Web services
- Good on UNIX deployment
