Responsibilities:
- Install and deploy eGain products
- Study and understand the product specifications and design
- Independently complete technical customizations
- Document requirements, design and go live plan.
- Design and develop/code technical customizations independently
- Learn and apply new technologies / languages as required
- Understand integration of eGain products with other products.
Requirements:
- 3 – 4 years experience in Java / J2EE / EJB
- BE / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech from IIT/REC/ BITS Pilani/COEP/VJTI/Delhi University
- Good Presentation and Communication skills is a MUST
