Position: Sr. Software Engineers / Team Leaders (Java / J2EE)
Job description:
- Having 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies
- Having participated in multiple projects and contributed towards multiple phases of software delivery
- Having very clear understanding of Object Oriented Technologies. Knowledge of Design Patterns and UML will be a plus
- Having good understanding of XML, XSL and HTML/DHTML
- Having exposure to WebServices and SOA
- Having good working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL with ability to understand the database design
- Having used Spring, Hibernate, Struts, iBatis and other open source frameworks/tools
- Having exposure to more than one of the following products: Application Servers: BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, Oracle 9iAS, Apache Tomcat, JBoss Portal Server: Vignette (Epicentric), BEA Portal Server Content Management Tools: Documentum, Vignette Workflow Engines: Savvion Business Process Manager Search Engines: Lucene, Convera, Verity K2
- Familiar with UNIX / Linux
- Leading a team
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written) and man-management skills.
