Requirement 1: Lead Software Engineer [Skills: J2EE, XML, DB, Swing, Store Ops]
JD for Technical Lead / Project Leads:
- Technically Lead web or desktop based project/product of any complexity
- Co-ordinate with onsite lead or client to carry out day-to-day operations of the project accountable for
- Proficient in Technical Project Management in managing one project
- Proficient in J2EE, XML, XSLT and databases
- Expert in MVC, Struts, Spring, Hibernate Technology based architectures
- Expert Web Services based architecture
- Proficient in Analysis, Design, Estimation phases of software life cycle
- Train and assist other individuals and team
Requirement 2: Senior Software Engineer [Skills: Core Java/XML/Swing]
JD for Senior Developers / Team Leads:
- High Level and Detailed design of Swing technology based Store Operations projects/products
- Learn and grasp new Object Oriented technology / Swing based store operations product / softwares
- Develop and UnitTest code using Java, Swing, XML, XSLT, databases
- Develop and UnitTest code for eCommerce and web based / applet based store operation softwares / projects
- Understand MVC, Struts, Spring, Hibernate and Swing based architectures
- Understand Web Services based architecture
- Carry out Analysis, Design, Estimation phases of software life cycle
- Train and assist other individuals
