Roles & Responsibilities of Manager KM:

• Responsible for driving Knowledge Management (KM) initiative within the organization
• Manage the knowledge bases of internally generated new business relevant knowledge validation by experts & sharing it
• As Knowledge Manager, s/he would be responsible for contributing content which includes abstract writing, articles, case studies, innovation, initiative in R&D, and editing topic pages, business research, information and document management, database updates, updating latest news internally and externally, and management of technical framework(s)
• To liaise with process owners of different departments for deployment Knowledge Management & get their approval on various KM initiatives
• Launch recognition programs to popularize & increase the usage of KM within the company and create culture change among employees to understand KM
• Managing the KM Admin module on a daily basis to facilitate transfer of Knowledge
• Approving various documents, files, etc being uploaded by the user and ensure standardisation and quality of content

Desired Profile:

• Graduate / post graduate with MBA HR from reputed Institution.
• 5+ years of post qualification experience in a multi location Organisation..
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Moderate Financial skills

• Advanced analytical skills
• Advanced Creative writing skills.
