Mandatory skills:
- 1+ years of experience
- Process definition and implementation exposure
- Metrics and Measurement exposure - knowledge of statistical tools and techniques
- SQA Audits / Internal audit exposure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have exposure to Organization level activities coordination
- Implementation of CMMI
