Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, review and release the Knowledge Management plan at the group and project level.
- Manage, update and control the Knowledge Database (KDB) and Known Error Database (KEDB).
- Prepare and report statistics on KDB and KEDB.
- Train various team members on the concept and importance of Knowledge Management.
- Identify and rollout necessary tools for maintaining KDB and KEDB.
- Ensure that the correct information at the right time is available to the support consultants from the KDB and KEDB.
- Own and administer the Knowledge database providing correct access control to team members.
