• Must have practical experience on RMI, Serialization & Socket Programming
• Efficient in use of UML Design Patterns
• Client-facing role so exceptional communication skills

• Must have worked on any framework like Spring/Struts/Hibernate
• Work exp in projects of Financial/Banking Domain a plus
