(1) Role - Principal Solution Architect, 10-12 years of experience (total 2 Positions)

Responsibilities:

• Solution crafting
• Interaction with customer to understand problem statement
• Interaction with onsite sales/pre-sales team
• Talking to partners/analyst
• Mentoring Solution Architects

Competencies:

• Java technologies
• Database concepts
• Tools for design, development, testing
• SOA – ESB, BEPL

(2) Role - Sr Solution Architect, 8-10 years of experience (total 3 Positions)

Responsibilities:

• Solution crafting
• Interaction with customer to understand problem statement
• Interaction with onsite sales/pre-sales team
• Identify Proof-of-concepts – mentor developers, designers

Competencies:

• Java technologies
• Database concepts
• SOA – ESB, BEPL

(3) Project Manager 8 - 10 years of experience (total 2 Positions)

Exposure to following:

• Product Implementation,
• Banking Domain.
• Fixed Price Projects.
• Travel Ready.

Competencies:

• Java technologies
• Knowledge of CRM will be required.
• SOA
• Excellent Communication skills.

Note: At least one of the positions should have good exposure to Seibel CRM domain. Other can have exposure to any other CRM tool.

(4) Role – Java Tech Lead, 6 – 8 years of experience (total 3 Positions)

Essential Technical Skills:

• Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Application Server (Web Sphere / Weblogic), JMS, Rational Rose, UML
