Desired skills:
- Total experience: 4-5+ years preferably in product companies for technical specialists and 7+ yrs of exp for Architects , .NET experience 3+ years
- Good Working knowledge of .NET with NET 2.0, 3.0 / C# having exposure to Thick client frameworks like Composite UI application block, experience in C++ templates or C # generics, reflection and distributed computing using Enterprise services, remoting or WCF, WPF, WWF
- Experience in web based computing using ASP.NET 2.0
- Awareness, understanding of framework services such as state, exception, authentication, logging, etc.
- Working knowledge of SOA
- Working knowledge of UML artifacts
- Awareness, understanding of Design patterns
- Working knowledge of open source software factories or frameworks like Microsoft application blocks, SCSF from Microsoft, WSSF from Microsoft, Log4Net
- Working knowledge of MS SQL , transaction management concepts
- Awareness of VB Scripting and Active X/COM+ programming would be good to have
- Awareness of AutoCAD programming with VBScript/.NET would be added advantage
- Exposure to CMS , portal servers
- Experience in Rule based application , Rules modeling and knowledge of Rules engine likes ILog, Drools ** great to have **
