Job Description:

1. The Knowledge Analyst must be comfortable using our technical tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and Lotus Notes. Training in Lotus Notes will be provided for if required.
2. Fluent English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)
3. Good research skills
4. Ability to quickly digest and compare/contrast large amounts of written material
5. Strong self-management skills
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
7. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
8. Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests
9. Ability to rapidly assimilate new technology and business functions
10. Understanding of knowledge management principles
11. Understanding of consulting processes and methods
