Position: Regional Director - HR (Handling entire Western India)

Experience: Core HR Generalist with 9-12 years of experience
Job Description:
The incumbant would be responsible for the whole gamut of HR activities and would be acting as a:
- Strategic partner:
- Getting the team pulse and sharing the same with the Unit Heads (UH) and giving corporate HR and UH timely feedback on "high potential/high risk" employees
- Ensuring follow up action taken on all recommendations and action plans
- Understanding problems in "productivity" and supporting Business Heads to clear hurdles
- Helping find fit between individual career ambitions and strategic objectives of Unit - Employee Champion
- Change Agent
- Help the units cope with change by initiating various OD interventions
- Understanding the training and development requirements of employees – chalking out a succession/career plan
- The candidate must will contribute strategically to the growth & maturity of the HR function.
- The candidate will benchmark the best HR practices across industries, understand them & their relevance develop a plan to institute them & take it to its logical conclusion.
