Position: AM /Manager - Business Analyst (Financial Services)
Location: Gurgaon (Delhi NCR)
Shift Timing: 1:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Requirements:
- Looking for Expert of Microsoft Access & Excel with VBA and SQL and Excellent Analytical Skills
- With experience in automating manual processes using Access/Excel macros, VBA etc.
- Graduate with min 4 - 8 years of Expert knowledge of Ms Access, Excel, VBA coding, SQL and analysis
- Experience of automating manual processes, Data mining and extracting meaningful and insightful information.
- Experience authoring SQL statements.
- Must have proven success managing multiple projects with minimal guidance / supervision
- Strong analytical, statistical, critical thinking, and problem identifying and solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Hyperion experience preferred
- Exposure of Fraud Management / Fraud Detection is an advantage but not mandate.
Job Description:
- Create presentations and reports with meaningful commentary on both past performance and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with fraud management on special project or requests.
- Analyze overall metrics, prepare Reports, identify and report on emerging trends.
- Analyze databases and report on operational performance.
- Design and implement new internal and external reports.
- Join fraud data with other data sources to derive end-to-end performance metrics for fraud
- Take ownership of work and proactively engage in identifying opportunities for improvement.
