Experience: 4+ Years
Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in terms of providing technical support Lotus Domino Profile
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Lotus scripts Formula languages
- Lotus notes configuration
- Creating data dumps and databases
- Java scripts knowledge
- Knowledge to set up connection documents
- Experience in supporting mission & time critical applications proven analysis skills and the ability to effectively liaise with other teams internally and externally to Client Technology
- Good knowledge of the various support processes Self sufficiency in terms of making decisions during crisis situations.
