Position: Build and Release Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA
Requirements:
- 3+ years of release and build management
- Excellent knowledge of the life cycle and management of software releases and deployment
- Process driven and capable of enforcing a well managed and controlled release process
- A burning passion to continually improve their own skills as well as those around them
- Good knowledge of continual integration processes and tools
- Able to be pragmatic when it comes to getting a project delivered
- Happy to train those around them
Key Skills:
- As a dedicated build and release manager you will ensure that all software has met the correct quality gateways needed for release
- You will enforce the build and release quality guidelines with all developers
- You will know how to create branches and trunks for the software developers and be able to train them on the correct development processes
Role:
- Build and release software for the entire department
- Reporting into one of the development leads you will ensure that build processes are always followed and that only the correct code is deployed
- Instilling a can do attitude in the department, encouraging excellence in all staff
Responsibilities:
