Job duties / Role:

1. Facilitate leverage of partner relations/alliance relations within the organization: work with Sales and technology groups to explore business and competency building opportunities
2. Work along with Sales and Partner Alliance teams in business planning and account follow-up
3. Work on lead generation/demand management program with partners
4. Knowledge of Retail / Manufacturing / Banking / Finance industry
5. Explore and evaluate new alliance possibilities that will enhance business opportunities
6. Understanding of emerging technologies & trends.

Specific / necessary skills:

1. Past experience of alliance management
2. Strong relationship management skills
3. Communication skills
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple groups
5. Strong research skills preferred
