Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building up a competence center for Enterprise Application Projects
- Object-oriented analysis, design and software architecture of database-related web applications
- Employee management and cooperation in defining development processes
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent knowledge of programming in Java with Swing
- Competence of problem solving and power of persuasion, and rapid comprehension and analytical skills
- High commitment, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, discreetness and creativity Process-oriented thinking
- High awareness of quality and personal responsibility
- Reliable, conscientious and loyal
- University degree
- Not less than 4 years of experience with J2EE/Java technologies
- Optional JSP, EJB, Hibernate, etc.
- Experience with distributed web servers and application servers is advantageous
- Experience with relational databases (ORACLE/SQL)
- Experience with major projects and international customers, fluent in written and spoken EnglishSpecial Requirements
