Job openings for HR professionals in Mumbai

There is an excellent opening with one of the pioneers in Health Care industry for the position of 'Regional HR'.

Designation: Regional - HR (West Zone) (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 4 years (Post MBA)

Qualification: Full Time MBA from a recognized University.

Reporting to: VP - HR

CTC: 5 LPA - 7 LPA (Still Negotiable for a deserving candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations

· Joining Process: Ensuring Implementation of Joining Process with in the TAT defined. From giving Offer to conducting brief Induction to Appointment Letter and ensuring the same on Payroll as well.

· Transfer Process: Working closely with Operations Team, Keeping eye on every movement. And ensuring the same to reflect on Payroll.

· Separation Process: (Complete Exit Formalities) From Resignation to full and final settlement with in the defined TAT.

· Long Service Awards.

· Ensuring every employee has medi claim/ESIC Cards, as per the entitlement.

· PF: Coordination for PF withdrawals, etc. addressing employees for any PF related concerns.

  • Payroll

· Payroll Support: Reducing Payroll errors.

· Ensuring data on time and processing of payroll within TAT defined.

· Implementation of e HRMS (Online Leave Management).

  • Recruitment

· Manning Exercise: After getting Approved Manpower Requisition, ensuring the closure of vacancies with in stipulated timelines.

· Empanelment of consultants. At centre level, Industry specific.

· Campus Recruitment : For Universities (Technical), Institutes (for Administration profile/Skilled Profile)

· IBHM Interns: On job training, Internees.

· Branding as a Preferred Employer: Job Fairs/Activities(Campus)

· Identifying Quality Manpower from Competitions.

· Employee Grievances/Counseling

· Working closely with operations team to understand the issues. Addressing employees on behalf of HR Team as and when required.

  • Analysis

· MIS Reports

· Regular Manning Exercise.

· Taking action on excess Manpower or on Manpower requirement (approved)

· Attrition Report: Identifying which levels (designation) have more attrition rate.

· Ensuring Implementation of HR SOP’s. Awareness of HR SOP’s as well.

· Release of Version 2.

  • Ensuring and facilitating PMS project (performance management systems)
