Experience:

• Total experience: 3 - 6 Years
• This person to have a extensive amount exposure to:
• Hand coding Swing UI without use of Tools
• Custom editors and renderers for a variety of Swing components.
• Use of GUI patterns within architecture implementation.
• Must have experience with
• Layout Managers
• GUI Design Patterns
• Custom Rendering
• Threading Swing/Java

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years Application development experience
• 1-1.5 Years Java Client Development using Java Swing
• 3 Years OO Analysis and Design

Non-technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years IT experience
• Demonstrated success and strong experience with problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience with the complete SDLC

Desirable skills:

• Any work related to pluggable look and feel or Internationalization in Java/Swing
