Position: Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead
Level: L2 / L3 (Positions: SSE - 7; TL – 3)
Experience:
- Total experience of 3 – 8 years
- Minimum of 3 years Application development experience
- 3-5 Years Java Client Development using Java Swing
- 3 Years OO Analysis and Design
Non-technical Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years IT experience
- Demonstrated success and strong experience with problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience with the complete SDLC
Technical Skills:
This person to have a extensive amount exposure to:
- Hand coding Swing UI without use of Tools
- Custom editors and renderers for a variety of Swing components.
- Use of GUI patterns within architecture implementation.
Must have experience with:
- Layout Managers
- GUI Design Patterns
- Custom Rendering
- Threading Swing/Java
Desirable skills:
- Any work related to pluggable look and feel or Internationalization in Java/Swing
