Job Location: Bangalore

Total Experience: 3 to 4 years

Relevant Experience: 3+ years

Mode of Interview: Telephonic

Travel: This position involves some travel to client locations across theUSA.

Requisite Skills:

• Candidates with proven business analysis and systems analysis experience in an IT environment.
• Must have experience working with users and supporting IT development teams in defining IT solutions.
• Must be able to translate business requirements into functional requirements and approaches for developers.
• Experience in defining business process flows and work flows.
• Experience in the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with understanding of a variety of technologies and platforms such as web, client/server, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), relational database concepts and object-oriented programming.
• Will work closely with the lead architects and analysts to develop assessments and project plans.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, document meeting outcomes, and coordinate all internal and external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements.
• Collaborate with system architect and development leads to document all software changes necessary to meet the requirements project request.
• Experience using techniques such as UML, and use cases is desirable.
• Experience in health care industry is a plus Point.
• Technologies Supported: Will be an added advantage Python+Javascript-based web applicationsrunning under Apache + Zope Customers running Firefox + IE on Windows and Mac platforms MS SQL Server database Windows Server 2003 Redhat + Suse Linux servers
