Requirement for this Role: Excellent communication Any graduates Strong knowledge in END to END Project management, Client interaction, Business Development Job location: Mumbai Experience: 4-8yrs Level: MID Level Shift : Flexible (US,UK or other) Objectives of Role To build, support, sustain and motivate a high performance team Support strategic initiatives of project management in collaboration with the management team To analyze project metrics, Issues and risks highlighted in project managements reviews and obtain a mitigation plan Generate reports on weekly and monthly basis. Handle escalations with management and clients Main Accountabilities Operational Responsibilities Plan and analyze the project metrics Perform a deep dive understanding of issues, outlets and root cause of the risks high lighted Provide a mitigation plan and solution to the issues and risks highlighted in project management at remote locations Ensure to rightly communicate of issues and risk without any further escalations to Client group and Management Ensure to do the right tracking, reporting and necessary reviews and communicate the same to the group Ensure to categorization, archiving and pull data as necessary to support the client and vendor team as required Provide status updates to the business pertaining to project management and business unit performance including a forward view of expected results Participate in conducting health assessments and improvement opportunities audits for the project on a periodic basis and communicate to management, and key stakeholders Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis. Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the stakeholders Implement practices and metrics to improve operational efficiencies Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor Client-specific operations and Automate reports People Management Responsibilities Need to be a good team player and lead, involve the team members for smooth day to day operation Participate and be involved in management activities Provide feedback and help team members in process improvements and KT the process as required Should have good interpersonal communication skills with strong follow-up Core Competencies Technical Skills Mandatory (Must have) Experience in generating reports for management review. Should be able to analyze base data (data dump) and be able to transform into a recommendation for the Management team Experiences in data mining and usage of various excel functions and formulas. Should have demonstrated this capability in projects completed for leadership team Should have experience with Initiatives that led to direct/ indirect optimization of the existing Processes / learning helping the team in reducing costs / time Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel). Ability to prepare power point presentations, Convert analysis in to meaningful management presentations Candidates from Telecom Industry are preferred. Good to have experienced on project management esp. in Telecom Other Expectations Strong analytical and problem solving mindset Ability to simplify complex tasks and drive efficiencies Graduation (B.com) required Source: Business Analysts / MIS executives / Research analysts.
