Job Profile:
- Support Webfolio
- All the queries related to Webfolio functionalities
- Enhancement or Development for webfolio - Understand and document the requirements from key users
- Testing of new versions
- Support Fund admin in Webfolio
- Help fund admin identify where can they use webfolio more effectively (good understanding of accounts and exp in fund admin will help)
- Maintain Webfolio – interact with the Vendor
- Report all the Bugs to the Vendor
- Track all the issues till they are closed
- Manage all the development/enhancement projects with the vendor
- Random SQL Queries using query builder tool (basic knowledge of sql queries is needed)
- Management or help for tools/application development projects related to webfolio (good understanding of database will help)
