Job opening for Customer Service Representative in Mumbai Call Center

Position: Customer Service Representative

Company: Reputed Call Center in Mumbai

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Qualifications: Diploma in Electronics and Electrical

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Handling of general customer inquiries
  2. Preparation and follow-up of quotations for standard business transactions according to the instructions of the service team (offer / service contract preparation
  3. Order Management - from entering incoming orders into the ERP system (e.g. SAP) up to invoicing:

- Order entry, verify order / quote / delivery time

- Order status monitoring automatically informing the service team of any foreseeable change in delivery time

- Coordination of installations ith logistic service provider and service team

- Invoicing (service)

- Support collection of accounts receivable

- Local product handling, purchasing and logistic coordination

  1. Maintenance / Service contract administration (e.g. scheduling)
  2. Handling of returned goods in case of in-house repair
  3. Administration and follow-up of service reports
  4. Scheduling of customer visits
  5. Preparation of customer documentation
  6. Logistic and purchasing tasks, local product handling
  7. Inventory management
