Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Handling of general customer inquiries
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations for standard business transactions according to the instructions of the service team (offer / service contract preparation
- Order Management - from entering incoming orders into the ERP system (e.g. SAP) up to invoicing:
- Order entry, verify order / quote / delivery time
- Order status monitoring automatically informing the service team of any foreseeable change in delivery time
- Coordination of installations ith logistic service provider and service team
- Invoicing (service)
- Support collection of accounts receivable
- Local product handling, purchasing and logistic coordination
- Maintenance / Service contract administration (e.g. scheduling)
- Handling of returned goods in case of in-house repair
- Administration and follow-up of service reports
- Scheduling of customer visits
- Preparation of customer documentation
- Logistic and purchasing tasks, local product handling
- Inventory management
