Experience: 4-6 Years
Location: Mumbai
Essential Functions:
- Development in LAMP environment
- Managing and mentoring the development team
- Analyzing and verifying Product Requirements/features
- Estimating, monitoring and maintaining time lines for the product features
- Liaison (daily) with the Product Team and S/W Engineers
- Imparting Technical knowledge to subordinates
Other details:
- Should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with the following technologies – PHP, MySQL, HTML, DHTML, XML & Java Script,
- Thorough with OOPS concepts.
- Perl, ASP, JSP experience are added advantages
- Solid understanding of database technologies and Sql Optimization
- Familiarity with web technology trends and the evolution of the Internet
- Strong ability and talent to lead a team
- Strong writing & communication (especially listening) skills
- Detail oriented and ability to understand software requirements, analyze, design and develop (both fort-end and back-end).
- Clear understanding and working knowledge of N-tier Architecture design.
- Problem-solving and innovation skills are a must
- 3 years min of overall IT experience
- Should have worked for a min period of 6 months as a TL in Web Development environment
- 2 years in Design and Development of Web based projects
- 2 years min (current) of hands-on work experience in PHP & MySQL
