Position: Project Leader (Job Code: PL743)
Job Description:
- Project Planning; Project Management for multiple projects
- Define project specifications; create Statement of Work; sign-off SOW and deliverables with customer
- Define Quality processes; Manage and maintain excellent quality of deliverables; meet defined SLAs
- Communication with customer offsite / onsite
- Manage, guide and motivate team including Team Leads.
- Meet set objectives for the project
- Cross-functional interaction with presales, sales, product management / development, marketing teams
- Target and Track invoicing for the project
- Maintain excellent rapport with the customer
- Travel (short durations) will be required based on project needs (US,
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication / presentation skills
- Team management / performance appraisals
- Experience in BPO / KPO operations, Projects / Erection / Commissioning / Maintenance
- Managing multiple / cross-functional teams a plus
- Passport – Must
Education: Any Engineering.
Experience: 4- 10 years
