Position: Senior Programmer Analyst / Technical Architect
Education: B.E. / B.Tech, / MCA
Experience: 4 – 6 years
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of J2EE
- Strong knowledge of Design Patterns
- Knowledge of Core Java, JSP, Servlets , EJB/or any OR mapping, IDE (Eclipse or Intellij or JDev), aware of commonly used Core patterns
- Knowledge on SOA architecture
- Product Development experience a plus
Optional Technical Skills:
- Exposure on BPEL, Struts, Oracle Fussion Middleware (added advantage)
- Exposure on PL/SQL (added advantage)
- Java Certified a plus
Responsibilities:
- Review and integrate any new requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements for the development, execution, and operations environments. Make all final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.
- Lead the application and technical architecture analysis, design, and implementation, and ensure that the product fulfills the requirements.
- Continue to work with other architects to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements.
- Work closely with the application team to meet their development requirements.
- Obtain stakeholder buy-in for application and technical designs.
- Review application and technical architecture deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and requirement tractability.
- Review code and maintain the coding standards as development guidelines
