Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 Years experience

  • Should have handled Corporate, PSU and SMB segment

  • Should be a self-starter with entrepreneurial flair and ability to think long term and execute long-term visions systematically
  • Process orientation implementation of company processes

Position: Business Unit Head – Alliances

Location: Gurgaon

Desired profile:

  • Candidate should be a Graduate Engineer in Electronics & Communication / Computer Science with a minimum of 6-8 years experience in the following areas: Alliances, Marketing, Consulting or Sales, of which a minimum of 3 years must be working as an Alliance manager.
  • MBAs will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new SI partners, work through the due-diligence for targeted verticals and bring them up-speed once signed-up.
  • Working with Sales team of partners and AGCL to generate clear upside potential & new business in existing partner / AGCL accounts and in vertical markets.
  • Working closely with partner executive management to agree with go to market activities in specific industries and territories
  • Providing consistent partner management to ensure that our partners are developing their sales, pre sales and delivery capabilities in line with organization strategy.
  • Working with resources in both Avaya GlobalConnect and our SI partners to develop and execute - agreed business development plans which will include, lead generation activities, training/education and development of joint offerings and achieving quarterly / yearly revenue targets.

Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with creating and building differentiated relationships with partners.
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of business with partners.
  • Able to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives.
  • Ability to create credible business cases highlighting revenue growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue through alliance partnerships.
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including senior level executives in both Avaya GlobalConnect and Partner Organization.
