- Effective verbal & written communication skills to deal with multiple teams & client
- Achieved expertise in test & defect management tools (HPQC, Req Pro)
- Good people management skills
- Strong CMMi concepts about quality processes & documentation
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required to provide simultaneous support to the onsite team
