Position: Automation Tester
Experience: 4 – 9 Years experience in Manual + Automation Testing.
Work Location: MUMBAI
Skill Set:
- Assessment of testing effort; schedule and test plan creation
- Provide estimates for test plan by following the defined estimation models
- Collect and track daily test case creation / test execution metrics and provide report to Test Management for status reporting
- Point of Contact for Defect Management calls
- Attend and represent project track status meetings
- Identify project risks and work with PMO to document, evaluate, assess, and respond to the riskassessment of test automation effort - QTP, QC, IBM RQM and Rational functional tester
- Schedule and test script creation; Identify reusable components
- Work closely with process testing team to identify components / workflows ready for automation
- Understanding of packages testing - SAP , Siebel, Oracle EBS and custom development testing
- Attend and represent project track status meetings
- Contribute as both in individual capacity as well as mentor junior team members
- Ensure that the solution implements best practices applicable
- Excellent Communications skills (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills
