Position: Manager - Practice (Logistics)

Note: Role would be more of a Business Analysis cum Pre-Sales

Reporting To: Senior Vice President

Division: Practice - Logistics

Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate from a reputed institute, Engineering background

Experience: 4-5 years

Job Location: Thane (Mumbai)

Role:

  • Responsible for conceptualising, implementing and promoting software solutions for the Logistics vertical, including interactions with clients for products, projects & services

Desired Profile:

  • 4-5 years experience in Logistics Domain
  • Experience in IT selling, pre-sales or product support
  • Experience in teaming with services and solutions team to engage with clients.
  • Prior experience in product development in Logistics will be an advantage
  • Preferably ERP/ Supply Chain solutions exposure.
  • Experience in engaging with alliance partners

Job Deliverables:

  • Understanding of the business domain and logistics industry, utilising this understanding in pre-sales and marketing activities for this Practice
  • Interactions and extensive involvement with Kale Delivery and customer teams to analyse requirements, design solutions, develop test strategies and play an SME role in various client solutions.
  • Process improvement planning and tracking.
  • Understanding client requirements and communicating the same to technical team
  • Functional gap analysis for implementation.
  • Working closely with multifunctional teams รข€“ technical, functional and management
  • Identifying opportunities for business development and initiating & implementing action plans to penetrate new markets/areas
  • Maintaining, developing and nurturing relationships with one or more customer accounts
  • Managing customer escalations and client visits to ensure that all clients needs / expectations are met
