Position: Assistant Business HR Manager
Location: Mumbai
Work Shift: 7:30 am- 4:30 pm
Qualifications: Min Graduate (MBA preferred)
Job Description:
- The candidate may have worked on one or more of: Competency Mapping / Assessment Role (JDs, Role Clarity) Assessment Centres/ IJPs PMS (Since it is linked, someone who has worked on PMS and one of the above may also qualify)
- Maintaining Employee relations & employee welfare activities
- Create IJP Calendar for the Year & Review with ops Quarterly
- Design Assessment Methodology Plan & Implement IJPs
- Review the IJP (Through Polls, FGDs)
- Measure the success of the IJP
- Build Role Clarity (Create Job Descriptions)
- Participate in the Competency Mapping Exercise
- Communicate new Roles & Competencies
- Review & Improvise existing Policies
- Initiate & Implement Process Improvement Projects
- Initiate / Handle projects
