- Must have complete loan application processing understanding.
- Exposure to IT and understanding of development process.
- Techno functional domain knowledge
- Experience on the handling the first hand customer with respect to requirement and UAT
- Extensive experience in defining business requirements, assessing user needs and coordinating needs effectively
- Experience on tools like Visio, knowledge of UML, SQL queries, reporting tools
- Handle client demos independently
- Document all requirements, BRD writing, RFP response
- Analyze competitor products and report
- Able to track issues and report
- Good Oral and Written Communication
- Experienced decision making and critical thinking, good interpersonal relationship, is team player
