Candidate Profile:
- MBA with 6 months to 4 years experience.
- Preferably from BPO Operations having exposure to Process Outsourcing, Process Transition, Quality, etc.
- Could be in a position of Team Leader kind of roles.
- Candidates can be from IT / BPO / KPO sector companies.
Level: Junior / Middle Management
