Position: Business Development Manager
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 Years experience
- Should be into corporate Sales / SMB
- Experience in sales of Servers / Networking Products/ Facility
- Management Services/Video Conferencing Products like Managed IT and network services/ Contact centre solutions / IT Infrastructure management
- Should have handled Corporate, PSU and SMB segment
- Should have the ability to understand business criticality and the role IT plays to enhance the customers Products and services offering there by improving their business efficiency
- Should be a self-starter with entrepreneurial flair and ability to think long term and execute long-term visions systematically
- Process orientation implementation of company processes
- Industry & Market Knowledge / Long term vision / Ability to relate & understand business process of different Industries
- Good communication, Presentation & Client handling skills, with ability to do Business on there own
Desired skills:
- Drive Sales of Products into set of customers for a defined territory
- Manage a set of accounts for deriving business on MNC/company Products
- Formulates Business Plans along with Manager to maximize sales
- Responsible for new business development - prospect development, identifying opportunities, involvement in preparation of proposals and final negotiation and closure, contracts
- Developing sales plan, bidding, and winning opportunities for building IT solutions in accordance with pre-defined quality and financial goals

- Responsible to achieve revenue targets
Experience: At least 3-6 years of relevant experience
Qualification: Graduate with M.B.A
