Position: Engagement Manager, Analytics

Reporting to: Director / Country Head

Work Hours: Day shift

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Location: Noida

Responsibilities:

• Engagement Managers to supervise both management consulting and profit enhancement projects, analyze and create documents, conduct client meetings, make recommendations, implement new strategies and serve as subject matter experts in relevant industries.
• Individuals employed with The Client India would be expected to travel for engagements to the United States , UK and continental Europe depending on client requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• The ideal candidate will have an MBA and 4+ years of post-MBA consulting experience. PRIOR CONSULTING EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
• This position requires analytical ability and strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization throughout the world. Must be able to work independently with limited direction and have flexibility to react to changing priorities in a dynamic business environment, an entrepreneurial outlook for helping build The Client presence in India is a plus.

• Compensation for overseas projects is on an international basis
