Desired skills:
  • The candidate is expected to specialize in the key Telelogic Products that are used for improving software development Productivity.
  • Good amount of hands on experience (2-5 yrs) in developing software projects is an absolute must.
  • The candidate should have extensive knowledge of Software Engineering.
Role Description:
  • In the role of a Consultant, the incumbent will be responsible for providing pre-sale support to the sales team.
  • The role also involves the concept of positioning Telelogic Services to customers, which should translate to improving business relationship.
  • The role involves the candidate to have exceptional relationship building capabilities, which can help in the overall process of helping Telelogic improve the business relationship with key clients in the country. The role involves providing pre-sale demonstrations and presentations of key products, providing Proof of concept, by helping on-site evaluations.
  • Post sale engagement with the customer, to ensure the success of the project by providing training and consulting on the use of the product and related software engineering concepts.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing pre-sale demonstrations and presentations on Telelogic toolsets
  • Identifying areas of possible sale within a prospective client
  • Providing technical engagement to ensure customer success
  • Providing post-sale engagements like training and consulting
  • Working on specific Proof of concepts converting them as Sales orders
  • Responsible jointly with the sales team member to generate revenue in their assigned territory
  • Providing domain consulting on customers? area of software development.
  • Experience required: Engineering graduates with PG qualification is desired. รข€¢ A strong background of SDLC concepts and preferable expertise on CM Tools like CM SYNERGY, Clearcase or PVCS
  • A strong background on Configuration management and Requirements Management will be important in this role.
  • Candidates are required to have exceptional communication skills and good presentation capabilities
