Job Role: Team Leader

Skills:

  • Troubleshooting:
    • Work with desktop teams, RAQS, TCO, Prod Support, DBAs, to troubleshoot advanced BEN application issues as they pertain to our environment.
    • Provide fill-in Level 1 support as coverage needs dictate.
  • Support Quality:
    • Monitor Level 1 support team responses and the quality of the support provided.
    • Ensure ticket queues are maintained at satisfactory levels.
  • Training:
    • Responsible for training new Level 1 Support team members in the BEN processes and procedures.
  • Month End Process:
    • Responsible for coordinating and executing the Month End Close/GL Update process for BEN.
    • Must know how to run / execute scripts, verify script results, knowledgeable of BEN Month End operations.
  • Operations Center Collaboration:
    • Perform application and nightly batch job monitoring, health checks, review of various dashboards, determine various job thresholds, respond to various system alerts and determine impact to systems, log incident reports, escalations, etc.
  • Status Reports:
    • Review daily status reports for coverage issues. Prepare status updates to the SharePoint support site.
  • Shift Work:
    • Provide Overnight (US TIME) coverage for Production Outages.
  • Data Uploads:
    • Perform XML uploads to BEN when required.
  • Assist in Building Knowledge Base Repositories:
    • Work with Help Desk support, Level 3 Support to build Knowledge Base and develop ways to monitor systems, jobs, feeds, etc and store application related information.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Provide primary contact and business support for the Asia Pac/EMEA Finance and PMO clients.

Experience: 4+ years in BPO or Call Center with knowledge in database
