Position: Java with Swing professionals

Job Description:
A person in this role will be responsible for design/development of high level components in machine-control and calibration software. He/she will need to acquire in-depth domain knowledge of multiple hardware subsystems and will be required to troubleshoot problems on them. He/she will work with UI developers to provide machine-control support for their use cases. Responsibilities will include requirement analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and support.
The candidate must have
- Strong technical skills
- Extensive experience of large, layered architectures.
- Track record to deliver within schedule
- Demonstrated ability to work well with other teams
- Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative and high quality products
Qualifications:
- BE EEE/ECE/CS or MCA 4+ years experience or MS/Ph.D. EE/Phys/CS
- 2+ Years Object Oriented SW development experience in Core Java , Swing
Other details:
- Expertise in Java or C#, C++, OOD/OOP, NT/2000/XP
- Significant architecture and design experience with large, complex software, including formal methods (e.g. UML)
- Experience with architecting software for capital equipment required; semiconductor experience highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Thorough knowledge of SW development life cycle
