Position: Associate Managers – Products & Solutions
Job description:
- The incumbent will be responsible for understanding client requirements and architecting solutions for them.
- S/He will be responsible for interacting with clients; doing the system study and preparing the specification document, understanding their business & technology needs and advise sales team accordingly.
- Incumbent will also be responsible for assisting sales teams in bidding and winning projects, involve in conducting Preliminary Studies, Costing and preparing Project & Tender documents, conducting discussions with team and make functional presentations to the clients.
- S/He will also be responsible for taking part in the proposal process in the functional scoping of RFPs, & RFIs, suggest methodology, provide estimation of project time and cost and write white papers.
- The incumbent will also be responsible for identification of new product application areas and also suggesting upgradations for Newgen products/ solutions, carrying out market research for newer market segment.
- The candidate should be a B.E/B. Tech. and MBA from a reputed institute, with 2 to 4 years of experience as presales consultant or marketing professional for software products like ERP, CRM, DMS in BPO’s Banking, Financial Institutions, Insurance, e-governance and Telecom segments.
- The incumbent should have consistent relationship management skills, thorough business communication skills, understanding of the software product market dynamics, thorough understanding of software development process and programming skills.
- The incumbent must exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change management, strong analytical ability, good Project Management Skills and the Ability to drive.
- S/He should have good experience in MS office skills.
