Requirement I: Core Java (with multi-threading)

Job Description (Senior Developer):

• Typically minimum of 3 years' experience
• Prepares analysis of hardware/software and applications
• Required to have thorough understanding of existing technologies
• May specialize in specific IT languages
• Acts as a liaison with business clients to provide timely resolution to all production issues
• Works closely with Team Leaders to define and elaborate on functional specifications for new and enhanced software features or services
• Participates in the design of the architecture through implementation, testing and release
• Assists Team Leaders in planning, developing and deploying project plans
• Analyzes business requirements; follows through with technical design, coding, testing and implementation
• Work closely with Team in other regions – NY, London, Tokyo

Other requirements:

• Good Analytical, Good Verbal and Good Written skills, etc
• Hands-on design and development experience etc
• Core Java (with multithreading), J2EE, XML, JMS, Web logic

Requirement II: Team Leads

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of one or more related mid-sized, modestly complex projects
• Provides overall direction for deadlines for assigned initiatives
• Typically manages small to medium size teams
• Responsibility for understanding project goals, technical and business requirements
• Ensures project objectives are met
• Leads team members and manages performance standards
• Liaison with business partners for changes and testing of projects
• Steers projects in the right direction and implement the project plans accordingly
• Accountable to the Project Manager

Other requirements:

• Hands-on Design and Development experience.
• Good Analytical, Good Verbal and Good Written skills.
• Experience: 6 – 9 yrs

Required Skills:

• Strong Programming /Development experience in Java, J2EE, WL, Messaging (Tibco, JMS), ETL (Informatica), Databases (UDB), Linux.
