Position: Presales executive

Job Description:

• Strong background working across VM Ware Virtualization an Linux Mailing Solution. 
• Supporting Account Managers by accessing requirement. 
• Conducting customer conference calls and/or demos and presentation. 
• Coordinating with other infrastructure departments (Storage, Servers, Services & Software) 
• Negotiating with Client as well as OEM"s (Microsoft & other OEM"s) 
• Coordinating with Service Delivery team to ensure successful project implementation. At times providing Level-2 & Level-3 support to Service Delivery team. 
• Knowledge of industry standards and communication mediums. 
• Interpersonal and presentation skills including consulting skills. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task. 
• Account mapping and other basic sales skills. 

IT Asset Manager (12+ years) required

Roles and Responsibilities:

§ Over responsibility for tracking, monitoring and reporting upon and status of Hardware & Software assets throughout their Lifecycle
§ National role to manage IT Assets at PAN India level
§ Manage Asset Management team spread across PAN India
§ Responsible for managing all software licenses & end user hardware requirements within the company.
§ Managing the software & hardware contracts
§ Maintaining the hardware and software asset inventory & consistency checks.
§ Periodic reconciliation with the license inventory and hardware inventory for audit, compliance and internal controls

§ Role Interface with:-
• Business units for requirement gathering
• IT team for usage Analysis and monitoring the software Assets
• Asset team for inventory checks
• Service Desk for Software & hardware distribution/reclaiming
• Procurement Team support in contracting
• Finance & Audit Team for compliance
• Senior Management team
• External Vendors Management & software publishers
