Job opening for Project coordinator on Accounts @ Teradata

Position: Project Coordinator
Job Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Assist Service Manager with several administrative functions on the AA account, specifically:
* Updating documentation to track resources and assigned projects
* Coordinating PSA changes as resources are moved / added / removed from projects
* Tracking vacation / sick / TD holiday / AA holiday time and planning for each resource to obtain billable hours objective
* Monthly billing process
* Weekly hours reports
* Ability to adapt to changing work environment - process changes, routine project changes, shifting focus to meet adjusting priorities
* Extremely detail oriented
* Proficient with MS Office programs - Expert level with MS Excel (formula creation/modification, etc)
* Ability to multi-task - comfortable working in environment where coordination is needed across multiple projects concurrently
* Skilled communicator - excellent command of the English language
It"s possible this resource will also be assisting with some PSA administrative tasks as well (including: adding/removing resources from projects, updating resource cost/bill rates, new project setup, budget tracking, & project closeouts).
